Most Efficient Sensor Network Protocol for a Permanent Natural Disaster Monitoring System

To minimize enormous havoc from disasters, permanent environment monitoring is necessarily required. Thus, we propose a novel energy management protocol for harvesting wireless sensor networks, named the adaptive node (ASMP). The proposed makes system components to systematically control their performance conserve energy. Through this protocol, nodes autonomously activate an additional conservation algorithm. ASMP embeds three sampling algorithms. For optimized sampling, algorithm (ASA-m). ASA-m estimates expected time period occur meaningful change. change refers distance between two target data Quality of Service. Therefore, merely gathers demands. continuous (CASA) solves problem be continuously decreasing despite ASA-m. When monitored shows linear trend property, in CASA rests process, and server generates predicted at estimated slot. guaranteeing self-sustainability, uses recoverable (RASA). RASA consumed smaller than harvested by utilizing data. recharges node. method, achieves both service quality.
